Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Jinkey Global's public site and the onboarding agreements for custom software development engagements.

1. Engagement Scope

All custom design, software engineering, and database deployments are governed by a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW). No deliverables will be initiated until both parties sign the respective contract schedules.

2. Code and Asset Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly detailed in an SOW, all customized codebase rights, interface layouts, and proprietary database configurations transfer completely to the client upon receipt of the final project payment.

3. SaaS Product Licensing

Licensed products, including JinkeyPOS, JinkeyHR, and JinkeyDesk, remain the absolute intellectual property of Jinkey Global. Licensing permits use on designated servers, and source-code reverse engineering or sharing is strictly prohibited under legal penalty.

4. Limitation of Liability

Jinkey Global holds no liability for service interruptions, hosting breakdowns, or database data losses resulting from client-managed cloud adjustments, outdated server packages, or external security intrusions.
